Description

Support the Pennsylvania Department of Health by managing PA-NEDSS and PA-eCR systems, coordinating with the CDC, and ensuring technical solutions meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily electronic Case Reporting (eCR) onboarding requests and coordinate activities between the CDC and partner organizations.
• Monitor system health and resource accounts to troubleshoot issues and maximize operational effectiveness.
• Maintain technical process documentation, training materials, and the agency eCR website.
• Log onboarding requests in SharePoint and create tickets in Azure DevOps for solution enhancements.
• Participate in application release testing, daily triage, and weekly Change Control Board meetings.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in functional architecture or related technical support roles.
• Proven experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) and CDC onboarding processes.
• Proficiency with HL7 standards and ability to read and work with CDA and XML documents.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for ticket management and solution tracking.
• Competency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Familiarity with CMS Promoting Interoperability Program requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript coding.
