Design functional architecture and data reporting structures to improve program outcomes and efficiencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define functional architecture and infrastructure using LEAN principles.
• Document requirements for diagnosis level reporting and develop data dashboards and visualizations.
• Lead the oversight and tracking of data requests within the existing data governance structure.
• Design SOP and process flow diagrams to facilitate cross-training and knowledge transfer.
• Extract data from various sources and warehouses to create executive level reports and presentations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with health plans, pharmacies, or health tech.
• Proficiency in SQL and SAS.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare.
• Experience with healthcare operations, including enrollment, claims, customer service, and appeals.
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership experience.
• Ability to perform data collection and extract information from data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
