Description

You will manage functional requirements for end-to-end content operations and AI authoring pipelines. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate content and scaling requirements into functional user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for AI authoring pipelines.
• Define and validate workflow states, metadata requirements, approval gates, and exception scenarios within authoring and publishing pipelines.
• Collaborate with content stakeholders to capture operational nuances, review cycles, and compliance requirements for AI-driven workflows.
• Support UAT planning and execution by validating that delivered functionality meets content operations expectations.
• Act as the functional single point of contact for requirement clarification during development, testing, and integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end content operations including creation, review, compliance, localization, and publishing.
• Proficiency in Adobe AEM.
• Strong background in Process Consulting.
• Experience with Project Governance.
• Ability to work alongside AI Solution Architects and GenAI Leads to align functional intent with technical design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
