Description

You will own the analysis, configuration, and implementation of clinical supply planning solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for clinical supply chain operations.
• Lead workshops and process discovery for clinical demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory, manufacturing, and depot distribution.
• Define workflows, business rules, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements for clinical supply planning tools.
• Develop test scenarios, support SIT/UAT/CSV activities, and ensure compliance in GxP/21 CFR Part 11 environments.
• Partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to drive successful solution delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Demand & Supply Planning, or Clinical Trial Management.
• Hands-on experience with Signant SmartSupply, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, 4C, Oracle, or similar planning tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
• Understanding of Clinical Trial Operations, Protocol Design, Patient Enrollment, Randomization, IP Supply Chain, GCP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
