You will bridge the IS Department and business units, translating complex data into actionable process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market strategies, product trends, and share data to support business recommendations.
• Synthesize business intelligence from industry reports, public information, and field data.
• Design and maintain business intelligence tools, including databases, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Generate custom reports summarizing financial, economic, and business data for executive stakeholders.
• Conduct testing to ensure intelligence outputs remain consistent with defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 years of relevant experience in an ADR business role.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining databases.
• Experience building and updating business dashboards.
• Ability to design and manage business intelligence systems.
• Competency in data synthesis and trend analysis.
• Experience creating technical documentation and templates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining a library of model documents, templates, and reusable knowledge assets.

Bachelor's degree required.
