Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of FP&A solutions, covering planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design functional solutions.
• Develop, test, and implement solutions using Planning Analytics (PAX), CAFE, and web components.
• Write complex TI codes, MDX queries, and cube rules to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage project flow by visualizing bottlenecks with Kanban dashboards to ensure business continuity.
• Work with business customers and IT project managers to translate information needs into functional specifications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing FP&A solutions.
• Expertise in business requirement gathering and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Planning Analytics architecture, OLAP Cubes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Demonstrated experience with ETL toolsets, specifically Data Stage and Informatica.
• Hands-on experience with BI Tools like Cognos BI and Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Experience developing objects in Planning Analytics, including cubes, dimensions, and rules.
• Working knowledge of Python and TM1py.
• Experience in corporate finance domains such as Retail or BFSI.
