Description

You will configure and support Fusion Invest for capital markets clients, ensuring effective system adoption and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and consult with clients to define functional requirements.
• Configure system parameters, controls, and business processes to align with client practices.
• Analyze source data files and map data to target applications for accurate system integration.
• Provide implementation support during client conversions and data migrations.
• Deliver consultative training and troubleshoot configuration issues to resolve functional gaps.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in professional services.
• Deep expertise in Fusion Invest software and its core functionalities.
• Extensive knowledge of capital markets, investment management, and financial services.
• Proven ability to analyze, map, and transform complex financial data.
• Experience configuring financial software for front, middle, or back office operations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills for presenting solutions and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to work out of client offices in West Des Moines, IA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other capital markets financial software vendors.
• Background in project management, including scope and risk communication.
