Description

You will drive product and equipment development by optimizing CAD and PLM processes through training and technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify knowledge gaps in CAD and PLM workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical training materials, including onboarding guides, how-to documentation, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Deliver onsite and remote training sessions to internal organizations.
• Collaborate with software decision makers to update documentation for new feature releases.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report on program KPIs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in functional consulting or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Teamcenter.
• Proficiency with Line Designer NX.
• Deep understanding of Teamcenter Manufacturing processes.
• Experience with various instructional design techniques.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
