Description

Lead Field Service Management (FSM) and Workforce Management (WFM) implementations, owning requirement gathering, solutioning, and hands-on configuration. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interact independently with business stakeholders to define user requirements and map them to the product suite.
• Manage core FSM domains including scheduling, dispatching, mobility, resource management, and analytics.
• Implement solutions involving IoT, SCADA, and asset management within cloud environments.
• Execute end-to-end implementation projects across multiple industry verticals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Field Service Management.
• 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in scheduling, dispatching, mobility, and mobile applications.
• Proven track record with at least 2-3 full implementation projects.
• Experience with cloud-based FSM/WFM product configuration.
• Proficiency with Maximo Scheduler, Ventyx (Service Suite), Ellipse FSM, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, SAP Syclo, SAP Agentry, or SAP.
• Domain expertise in Resource Management, Service, and Analytics.
• Industry experience in at least two sectors such as Telecom, Utility, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Logistics.

Preferred Skills

• FSM Practitioner or PSO Practitioner Certification.
