Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for Maximo MAS projects.

Responsibilities

• Capture business capability, functional, and service level requirements.
• Provide consulting expertise on Maximo MAS upgrades, as-is processes, and green field implementations.
• Liaise between clients, vendors, project management, and technical teams regarding solution architecture.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations and facilitate business process documentation meetings.
• Review user acceptance testing results and collaborate with QA teams on test strategies.

Required Skills

• Experience with Maximo MAS upgrades and implementation strategies.
• Knowledge of the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documenting business processes.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, including design specifications and system manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Project Management experience.
• Effective communication skills for direct client interaction.

Education and Experience

• Any Graduate degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
