Description

Lead the design and configuration of SAP FICO solutions for enterprise ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling) to align with business finance workflows.
• Drive implementation activities including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design documentation.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT support, defect triage, and cutover preparation for go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration stability and performance optimization in HANA environments.
• Provide functional guidance during post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.
• Proven track record in end-to-end SAP ERP implementation lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and cost controlling.
• Experience with SAP HANA architecture and performance considerations.
• Proficiency in functional documentation, business process mapping, and solution design.
• Understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and troubleshoot complex functional issues.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with S/4HANA environments.
• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
