Description

You will lead the functional design and implementation of Dynamics 365 projects.

You will own the requirements elicitation, solution design, and configuration phases for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Elicit detailed requirements from business stakeholders and map them to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Create functional design documents that translate business needs into effective system processes.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current configurations and business requirements.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Develop and execute test plans, overseeing system testing and regression testing for upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability to design and document solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Experience performing gap analysis and requirement mapping.
• Ability to lead the design and build phases of enterprise projects.
• Strong technical documentation skills for functional design.
• Experience with system testing and quality assurance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
