Description

You will lead large-scale project implementations and product deliveries within the Risk Derivative space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including budgeting, effort estimation, stakeholder engagement, and escalation handling.
• Facilitate parallel workstreams and cross-functional IT/business resource delivery using Agile and iterative methodologies.
• Drive project planning through gated processes from initiation to close, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and schedule.
• Develop initiative roadmaps and manage cross-functional interdependencies to maintain consistent delivery across the IT organization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Project Management.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience within a cross-functional Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of Project Management and SDLC processes.
• Experience managing projects in the Risk Derivative or Risk Management space.
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder management and project reporting.
• Proficiency in managing complex timelines and project governance.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Finastra Fusion Invest or other Finastra risk management products.
• Background in Financial Services, Insurance, Annuities, or Risk Derivatives.
• Experience with large system implementations, system upgrades, or Atlassian Jira.
