Description

You will lead requirement gathering and Salesforce configuration for Partner Community Portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate workshops with up to 20 client stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce Partner Community Portals to meet specific client business needs.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to create intuitive user experiences within the portal.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable configurations and work with development teams for implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Partner Community Portal design and configuration.
• Strong client management skills, including experience leading large-scale stakeholder workshops.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design for web-based portals.
• Experience with Telco Order Management processes.
• Ability to create detailed process flows and functional documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CloudSense.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
