Description

You will lead functional requirements and system implementation processes for Mobile Workforce Management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed workshops to gather and define functional requirements.
• Lead functional workstreams for system implementations.
• Drive the application and optimization of Mobile Workforce Management solutions.
• Facilitate technical workshops to align stakeholders and define scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a functional lead role.
• Direct experience with IFS Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Workforce Management tools.
• Proven ability to facilitate technical workshops and requirement gathering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-phase system implementations.
