Description

Lead a team of test engineers to ensure software reliability through functional testing and strategic test planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies and detailed test plans aligned with project objectives.
• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
• Drive automation efforts by selecting tools and integrating scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, log, and track defects while conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers through guidance and training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and functional test execution.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.
• Proficiency in JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in test design techniques including equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis.
• Experience in defect management and generating test coverage reports.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
