Description

You will provide functional and platform support for Oracle HCM environments, managing implementations, security configurations, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM Cloud Core Module and Help Desk implementations, including CRP and fit-gap analysis.
• Manage quarterly patch impact analysis, validation, and configuration restoration.
• Configure and customize HCM components including DFF, EFF, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, and workflows.
• Own Oracle HCM release management using CSM and FSM tools for components like BIP and Extracts.
• Administer Oracle POD instance strategies, including P2T, T2T, and data masking.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional and platform support.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core Module and Help Desk implementation.
• Hands-on experience with HCM customization (DFF, EFF, workflows, and reports).
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM release management and automated tools (CSM, FSM).
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM security, including custom role building and LBAC.
• Experience managing PGP and X.509 certificates for real-time integrations.
• Proven ability to manage Oracle SR processes, including Sev1 escalations.
• Experience with multi-region/country Oracle HCM configuration and administration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
