Description

You will act as a techno-functional analyst focusing on Pega-based systems and business process re-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through interviews, observations, surveys, and existing documentation.
• Re-engineer business processes specifically for Pega-based projects.
• Create storyboards, screen mockups, and wireframes to visualize system requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing and regression testing on Pega applications.
• Deliver training sessions to end users to ensure successful adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with Pega-based systems (non-architect role).
• Strong background in software development and business process re-engineering.
• Proficiency in SCRUM and Agile methodology best practices.
• Experience creating storyboards, screen mockups, and wireframes.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe XD or similar mockup software.
• Proven ability in user acceptance and regression testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree or equivalent technical study.
