Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers; define roles, responsibilities, and career development plans
Define and own QA strategy, test approach, and test plans for functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Design, review, and execute test cases for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) functional flows and customizations
Lead API testing (REST/SOAP) including contract testing, negative testing, performance boundary checks, and security validations
Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders and manage defect triage and resolution
Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across CI/CD pipelines
Establish and monitor quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness criteria
Drive automation strategy for functional/regression suites (Selenium, Cypress) and integrate into CI pipelines
Perform risk assessments and prioritize testing based on business impact
Ensure best practices in test documentation: Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Data, RTM, Test Summary Reports

Required Qualifications
10+ years of QA experience, including 4+ years leading QA teams/projects
Strong experience in functional testing and test strategy definition
Hands-on Salesforce testing experience (objects, flows, triggers, workflows, Lightning, integrations)
Proven API testing experience (REST/SOAP) using Postman, SoapUI, or similar
Extensive SQL skills for backend/DB validation and data integrity checks
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; certifications (ISTQB, Salesforce Admin/Platform Developer) preferred
