Description

You will manage functional testing and defect tracking for retail POS applications in Alpharetta, GA (remote eligible).

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, tracking, and monitoring activities for digital retail programs.
• Execute defect management and resolution tracking using JIRA.
• Perform functional testing on POS and retail applications.
• Generate test reports and performance metrics to monitor program health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA and testing roles.
• Extensive experience with QTest and JIRA for test management.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in Cucumber and BDD or TDD methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Javascript for test script development.
• Proven experience testing POS and retail applications.
• Ability to manage test reporting and analytics effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in program management within digital analytics environments.
