Test Planning Documentation Analyze business requirements user stories and functional specifications Create test scenarios test cases and test data for functional regression integration and system testing Prepare test plans test coverage matrices and traceability documentation

Test Execution Execute manual test cases across UI API backend and workflows Perform smoke functional regression integration and endtoend testing Validate business rules data flow error handling and crossmodule functionalities Perform API testing using tools like Postman Swagger etc Verify data integrity via SQL queries basic to intermediate

Defect Reporting Tracking Log defects with detailed reproduction steps severity and impact analysis Track retest and close defects using tools like JIRA ALM Rally or similar Participate in defect triage meetings with developers and business stakeholders

Collaboration Communication Work closely with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers and Scrum Masters Participate in Agile ceremonies daily standup sprint planning grooming retrospectives Provide regular testing status updates and share test metricsreports
