You will act as the onsite coordinator and lead for SAP application maintenance and support activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage onsite delivery and serve as the single point of contact for the client.
- Coordinate application maintenance and support tasks between the onsite location and the offshore team in India.
- Liaise with SAP functional leads regarding operational topics and system enhancements.
- Perform requirement gathering for SAP functional improvements.
- Report weekly progress on team performance, priority tasks, and operational issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Functional knowledge in at least one SAP area, specifically SD, MM, or FICO.
- Fluent written and spoken French.
- Experience in team management and onsite leadership roles.
- Ability to manage offshore coordination and delivery.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as an SAP Functional Lead.
- Project management skills.
