You will act as a functional expert specializing in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end responsibility for your assigned track during global SAP transformation deals.
Work closely with Architects to design and implement SAP CRM or SAP C4C solutions.
Operate independently as a subject matter expert within the SAP C4C area.
Apply deep business process knowledge to technical implementations.
Required Skills
8 to 15 years of SAP experience with SME-level knowledge in a primary process area.
4 to 5 years of specific domain experience.
Extensive knowledge of SAP C4C functional areas: Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP CRM or SAP C4C solutions.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Integration involving Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Financials (FI), and Controlling (CO).
