Act as the functional expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) within global transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery for assigned tracks during global SAP transformation deals.
Design and implement SAP CRM or SAP C4C solutions in collaboration with Architects.
Apply deep business process knowledge to drive technical implementations independently.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA modules.
Required Skills
8 to 15 years of total SAP experience with SME-level depth in a primary process area.
4 to 5 years of specific domain experience within SAP C4C or SAP CRM.
Extensive functional knowledge of SAP C4C Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Hands-on experience integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Financials (FI), and Controlling (CO).
Strong understanding of CRM products and enterprise architecture.
