Description

You will serve as the functional expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) within global transformation initiatives, owning end-to-end delivery for assigned tracks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP CRM or SAP C4C solutions in collaboration with Architects.
• Apply deep business process knowledge to drive technical implementations independently.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned tracks during global SAP transformation deals.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of total SAP experience with SME-level depth in a primary process area.
• 4 to 5 years of specific domain experience within SAP C4C or SAP CRM.
• Extensive functional knowledge of SAP C4C Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Financials (FI), and Controlling (CO).
• Strong understanding of CRM products and enterprise architecture.
