Description

You will act as the functional lead and engagement lead managing resource performance and team operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the functional performance and development of assigned resources.
• Onboard and train new staff on internal processes and development tools.
• Ensure team adherence to established workflows, including Git certification.
• Collaborate with IT management to address needs, concerns, and process changes.
• Serve as the single point of contact for DWD to resolve engagement issues.
• Generate reports regarding productivity, quality measures, and requested data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Experience working with DWD processes.
• Ability to manage team staffing and personnel issues.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
