Description

You will lead a functional team, managing daily operations, staff performance, and onboarding.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional performance and professional development of assigned staff.
• Onboard and train new employees on internal processes and development tools.
• Ensure strict adherence to established workflows, including Git certification requirements.
• Collaborate with IT management to address operational needs and process changes.
• Serve as the single point of contact for DWD to resolve engagement issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency with Git version control systems.
• Experience working with DWD processes.
• Ability to manage team staffing and personnel issues.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
