Description

You will own functional, integration, and regression testing for CRM platforms including Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and Siebel. You will ensure adequate test coverage by collaborating with Product and QA teams to understand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases, test data, and basic test scenarios for web and data components.
• Conduct manual testing across functional, integration, and regression scopes.
• Log defects, retest fixes, and manage defect triage and resolution in Digitalai.
• Track test progress and report testing status to senior QA team members.
• Support the automation team as needed and create test data on demand.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in manual testing and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Siebel CRM support.
• Experience tracking test progress in qTest.
• Ability to create and manage test data for various scenarios.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience logging defects and managing resolution workflows.
