Description

You will lead functional testing efforts and manage a team of testers to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies covering all functional testing aspects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of functional testers.
• Oversee test case execution and track defects through to resolution with development teams.
• Implement testing best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in manual and functional testing.
• Proven track record in leading and managing testing teams.
• Strong background in test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or CSTE certifications.
