Description

You will lead functional and integration testing efforts for a Revenue Cycle System Replacement Project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business testers while performing hands-on testing activities.
• Own test planning, execution, coordination, and defect management.
• Produce executive-level test metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with business teams, clients, and technology partners to translate requirements into testable functions.
• Act as a liaison between project and technology teams to communicate testing needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in functional and integration testing.
• Proven experience writing test strategies and test plans for large, complex corporate initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting language.
• Understanding of ETL processes and transformation logic.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and software development processes related to data migrations.
• Experience writing test cases both with and without documented requirements.
• Experience in bug tracking and defect logging.
• Familiarity with CRM applications such as Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Revenue Cycle System environments.
