Description

You will design, develop, and execute test cases for RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases for RESTful and SOAP APIs using Postman or SoapUI.
• Verify API responses, data handling, error codes, and messages through functional and integration testing.
• Perform regression and functional testing based on technical specifications.
• Document and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve identified issues.
• Assist in developing automated test scripts and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in functional testing.
• Strong expertise in API testing with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with Postman and SoapUI.
• Experience with manual testing techniques.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting.
• Ability to work with Selenium and JUnit.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enhancing automation frameworks to expand test coverage.
