Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Salesforce applications to ensure data accuracy and functional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed test cases and scenarios for functional, regression, integration, usability, and UAT testing.
• Execute manual test cases and identify opportunities to develop and initiate automated test scripts.
• Log, track, and report defects, working directly with developers to drive resolution.
• Maintain the Test Traceability Matrix to map test procedures to business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and educate project teams on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Manual QA Testing.
• Direct experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze business requirements for testability and design test data.
• Experience in defect management, risk identification, and progress reporting.
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test scripts, and managing test environment configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with automated testing execution.
