Description

Lead functional testing and quality assurance for large-scale technology projects, ensuring rigorous validation of business requirements and system outputs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage test cases for e-commerce, contact center, and transactional web-based systems.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing within the SDLC.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into clear, structured test documentation.
• Manage defect lifecycles using JIRA or Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and system behavior against business rules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in manual software testing or quality assurance.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and UAT processes.
• Proficiency in defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with test case management platforms for executing scripts at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and troubleshoot environment blockers.
• Working knowledge of web application behavior (UX/UI, forms, search) and transactional back-end processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing contact center technologies (telecommunications, eServices) or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP-based commerce workflows (S4 preferred) or ERP-integrated systems.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent QA credential.
