Description

You will own the software quality assurance process, executing manual and automated testing to ensure stability throughout the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and defect tracking processes.
• Write SQL scripts to analyze data and perform specific data queries.
• Develop and maintain automated test script suites for regression testing.
• Identify high-risk test scenarios and critical paths suitable for automation.
• Coordinate with geographically dispersed teams to drive issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing and process validation experience.
• Proficiency in manual testing and test case design.
• Ability to write SQL scripts for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience using Octane or Client ALM/Quality Center.
• 2-4 years of automation testing experience using QTP, UFT, Selenium, or Tosca.
• BA/BS degree.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge of banking and financial applications.
• Experience developing both automated and manual testing solutions.
