Description

You will own the functional configuration and end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Compensation module.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up Workforce Compensation modules, including worksheet dynamic columns, UDTs, and lookups.
• Execute full implementation lifecycles including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Manage annual and mid-year review cycles, including driving cycle configurations.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet specific compensation logic requirements.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders and customers to manage requirements and support business-as-usual operations.

Required Skills

• 2–7 years of total experience in Oracle HCM/HRMS.
• 2–5 years specifically in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience completing at least one full implementation of the Fusion HCM Workforce Compensation module.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, setups, and writing Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of HCM table structures and data flow.
• Experience in global implementations, upgrades, or support environments.
• Background working within an HRIS department.
• Experience managing end-to-end compensation cycles (annual and mid-year).
• Bachelor's Degree.
