Description

You will own the development and maintenance of USB stacks and firmware across the full product lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design microarchitecture and firmware architecture for USB-based products.
• Develop and maintain USB stacks and firmware components from initial design through product maintenance.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve USB-related issues.
• Manage all phases of development, including platform initialization and BSP porting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of firmware development experience in BareMetal or SoC environments.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Python.
• Experience developing low-level drivers for USB 1.2, 2.x, or 3.x.
• Experience with USB class-specific drivers (CDC, HID, Audio, or Mass Storage).
• Experience with USB-based hubs and composite devices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCIe, I2C, SPI, UART, memory management, scheduling, interrupts, and multi-threading.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, PowerShell, and Python.
