You will maintain scalable cloud environments and provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments and internal cloud applications.
• Monitor the ServiceNow ticket queue, responding to requests and providing follow-up to end users.
• Troubleshoot PC and laptop hardware (Windows 10/11), scanners, printers, and Chrome boxes.
• Automate provisioning tasks and identify opportunities to digitize common manual operations.
• Assist the IT Infrastructure team with troubleshooting TCP/IP network issues and minimizing downtime.

Required Skills

• Experience managing and supporting Amazon Web Services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
• Proficiency with AWS CLI and Terraform for automation and provisioning.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, operating systems, and application software.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP networking and resolving connectivity issues.
• Ability to manage data leakage prevention and maintain system uptime.
• Experience supporting video conferencing, A/V, and dash cam equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate level certification.
• Professional certifications such as A+, Network+, or Cloud+.
