Description

You will design, integrate, and enhance complex multi-platform .NET client systems for the Georgia Department of Human Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate new application systems and lifecycle enhancements for existing multi-platform environments.
• Assess business and technical requirements to determine project products and select appropriate technical platforms.
• Execute integration planning and analysis across multiple technical platforms and global system designs.
• Review and modify database designs, including new data structures and existing schema adjustments.
• Document and teach application structures and functions to Web Application Managers and senior technical staff.

Required Skills

• Six years of experience in large-scale application architecture, design, and development using .NET Framework 4.0 or above.
• Proficiency in C#.NET 4.0 and ASP.NET 4.0.
• Five years of experience with layered architecture, components, interfaces, and messaging.
• Five years of experience in application modeling using UML (Class, Interaction, Sequence, Activity, State, and Deployment Diagrams).
• Five years of experience with Web Services, XML, SOAP, and object persistence methodologies.
• Five years of experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using SOAP or REST, XML, and JSON.
• Five years of experience with RDBMS including Oracle, DB2, or SQL, including logical/physical modeling and concurrency models.
• Five years of experience in full project life-cycle implementation of web-based systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VB 6.0, ASP 2.0, and HTML in web application environments.
