Description

You will manage user access and security for systems, applications, and databases controlled by the Georgia Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, and troubleshoot user access across mainframe, Unix/Linux, and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Create RACF IDs for mainframe users and perform password resets and troubleshooting for key state agency systems.
• Conduct quarterly user re-certifications and identify/remove inactive users according to established timelines.
• Enforce security policies and guidelines to meet state and federal requirements.
• Assist with state and federal audit processes and run queries for ad-hoc application data reports.

Required Skills

• Previous experience with RACF.
• 3+ years of experience in end-user help desk support.
• 1+ years of experience with computer systems, internet security, and data privacy.
• Experience troubleshooting mainframe applications and data.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience providing customer service and communicating with peers, management, and vendors via phone and email.
• High school diploma or GED.
