Description

You will direct and coordinate project activities for medium to large enterprise IT development and infrastructure projects within a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all project aspects following PMI best practices and established PM methodologies.
  • Manage project planning, schedule development, and maintenance.
  • Own resource tracking, risk management, and communications management.
  • Oversee reporting, quality management, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initiation through deployment and warranty.

Required Skills

  • Active PMP certification is required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects involving software application development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing at least two full lifecycle agile software development projects with teams of 10+ members.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and business process documentation.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-wide projects and collaborating with vendor partners.
  • Expertise in MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage projects with aggressive timelines and high complexity.
