Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions to automate complex business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UiPath Document Understanding workflows, including taxonomy, digitization, classification, extraction, and validation.
• Configure UiPath AI Center and Action Center for human-in-the-loop design and training pipelines.
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator administration, including configuration, monitoring, and deployment of versioned modules to production.
• Develop and maintain UiPath Insights dashboards for operational efficiency and performance statistics.
• Document the full development lifecycle, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development with a proven track record of project delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience specializing in UiPath automation architecture.
• Deep expertise in UiPath Document Understanding and AI Center.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or JS.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Ability to translate workflow diagrams into automated technical solutions.
• Experience in process analysis, technical requirements analysis, and project management.

Preferred Skills

• RPA tool certifications.
