Description
You will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Gainsight platform to drive customer success outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Gainsight implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop customer success playbooks, workflows, and processes using Customer Health Scores, Playbooks, and Journey Orchestrator.
- Customize the platform to ensure seamless integration with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Build and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports to track customer health, adoption metrics, and churn risks.
- Configure and maintain rules for data ingestion and processing from multiple data sources.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Gainsight platform configuration and optimization.
- 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS or customer success environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of data integration principles.
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
- Ability to build and manage workflows, dashboards, and reports within Gainsight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Gainsight Admin Certification.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data integration.
- Experience in project management or consulting roles.
