Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and scale solutions within our Customer Success Management (CSM) ecosystem. This role is primarily focused on building integrations, data pipelines, and platform extensions across Gainsight NXT and the broader enterprise technology stack. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with a deep understanding of data models, APIs, and enterprise platforms, while contributing to the adoption of AI-driven solutions in the Customer Success space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and scale robust software solutions within the Customer Success Management (CSM) ecosystem.
• Build and maintain integrations, data pipelines, and platform extensions utilizing Gainsight NXT and other enterprise technologies.
• Apply strong engineering expertise with a deep understanding of data models, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to the adoption and implementation of AI-driven solutions within Customer Success workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or Cfor backend and data engineering tasks.
• Demonstrated experience developing integrations with CRM platforms and middleware/iPaaS solutions (e.g., SnapLogic or equivalents).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, with a preference for Microsoft Azure, and experience with distributed data systems such as Databricks or Spark.
• Experience with frontend/UI frameworks including JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar, and the ability to build data-driven dashboards.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, specifically within enterprise or SaaS environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Highly desirable experience with Gainsight NXT configuration; alternatively, strong value placed on Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics configuration experience.
• Interest or practical experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions for enterprise workflows
