Description

You will lead financial strategies and FP&A processes within a Shared Services and Global Captive center environment.

Responsibilities

• Align financial strategies with organizational goals and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze P&L statements, generate forecasts, and prepare budgets to support strategic objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly FP&A reports.
• Monitor cost, personnel, and investment budgets to optimize resource allocation.
• Manage capital expenditure approval processes and lead monthly financial performance reviews with senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in financial management with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Shared Services and Global Captive centers.
• 10+ years managing FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting in a multinational environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, Apex, Tableau, and OBI (Business Intelligence Objects).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in process improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable cost savings.
• Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
