Description

You will design and manage observability pipelines and infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer GKE clusters and their observability pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Google Operations Suite.
• Architect observability pipelines for GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Optimize GCP costs and resource usage through reporting and cost-saving strategies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing or traditional IT infrastructure.
• In-depth experience configuring and administering GKE clusters.
• Expertise in Google Operations Suite for monitoring and logging.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell and/or Python.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Build and Artifact Registry.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and architecture (Linux/UNIX, Windows, networking, and storage).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Cloud Networking, GCP, Git, Jira, and Kafka.
