Description

Design and implement cloud architectures using Google Cloud Platform services. Lead the Cloud Center of Excellence to implement best practices and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and refine cloud services across IaaS and PaaS.
• Consult with clients on cloud adoption strategies and technical feasibility via rapid PoCs.
• Migrate teams from legacy systems to modern production architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex GCP infrastructure issues and participate in an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep expertise in GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, App Engine, Big Query, and Pub/Sub.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Networking, IAM, Organization/Project Structure, Monitoring, and Logging.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including VPC, subnetting, VPN, DNS, and load balancing.
• Proven ability to implement cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Experience researching and selecting technology stacks based on scalability, latency, and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
