Description

You will design and implement Google Cloud solutions, managing technical architecture and infrastructure delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create technical design and architecture documents for stakeholder review.
• Perform infrastructure assessments and implement Cloud IAM using least privilege.
• Provision GCP infrastructure using Terraform and harden it per CIS/NIST standards.
• Deploy containerized workloads on GKE and implement Cloud Monitoring and Logging.
• Design CI/CD pipelines using blue-green, canary, and A/B testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 3 to 4 years of relevant Google Cloud experience.
• Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect credential.
• Hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, Github, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Python.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Travis CI.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD deployment strategies like canary and blue-green releases.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage technical teams and promote cloud solutions to customers.
