Description

You design and implement GCP cloud architectures, leading migration of on-prem workloads to GCP.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GCP cloud architectures including Compute, Storage, VPC, and IAM.
• Lead migration of on-prem workloads (VMs, apps, databases) to GCP.
• Build secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot cloud performance, networking, and infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure (VMware, Linux/Windows, Storage, Networking).
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, IAM.
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts: Routing, Firewalls, DNS, VPN, NAT.
• Understanding of cloud security, encryption, and best practices.
• Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with Cloud Build and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking expertise.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
