Description

Lead Google Cloud implementations and drive customer adoption through technical guidance and strategic roadmap development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation journeys by managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs to resolve adoption blockers and drive feature development across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
• Partner with Support, Development, and Site Reliability teams to plan for customer events, launches, and issue resolutions.
• Develop best practices and scalable assets based on customer engagement learnings.

Required Skills

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles interfacing with executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical implementations and supporting Cloud operations, launch/capacity planning, or IT consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in application/workload migration to public cloud and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, German, or Japanese.
