Description

Design and architect scalable cloud platforms for integration, petabyte-scale data migration, and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design foundational solutions for batch and real-time integration patterns between on-premise and cloud environments.
• Lead Google Cloud Platform infrastructure setup, including cloud services selection, data pipelines, and model deployment.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance measures for all data and non-data objects.
• Optimize ML workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to gather requirements for AI use cases on the AI Platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Google Cloud Platform Architect.
• Deep understanding of Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataproc, Composer, STS, and Dataplex.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using GKE, Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift Container Platform.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, data engineering, and development life cycle principles.
• Ability to design and optimize distributed computing systems for AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in AI/ML contexts.
• Experience defining and implementing GCP architecture best practices and standards.
